Support that gives you room to breathe

Hand over the running of it
A VA does the tasks. An OBM runs the operations. I manage your projects, your systems and your team, so things keep moving without you chasing them. Start with the Audit, or step straight into a monthly partnership.

Time saved, headspace gained
"Yvonne worked with her associate Jason to automate 9 out of 10 of the onboarding steps… it has saved us so much time, time we can spend on coaching and training our clients."
"Yvonne and Jason automated much of the process to make it streamlined. I estimate it saves around 30–45 minutes per client, which is a substantial saving."
"Yvonne really knew her stuff… it has really helped my business. But most importantly it has freed up my time to spend speaking to clients."
Three steps to your time back
Discovery call
A relaxed chat about your business, what's eating your time, and what you'd like your week to look like.
Plan & hand over
We agree your package and priorities, and I document how you like things done so nothing gets lost.

Good to know
What's the difference between a VA and an OBM?
A VA does the tasks. An OBM runs the operations. As your VA, I take jobs off your list: your inbox, diary, admin, follow-ups and the things you keep putting off. You decide what needs doing, and I get it done.
As your Online Business Manager, I look after the bigger picture. I manage your projects, systems and team, spot what needs doing before you do, and keep everything moving without you chasing it. You stay the visionary; I run the engine.
Not sure which you need? If your to-do list is the problem, start with VA support. If you're the bottleneck in everything, OBM support is your answer, and the Operations Freedom Audit is a good place to start.
Will I always work with you, or with someone else?
It might not always be me. Depending on what you need, some of your work may be done by a member of my team. Every team member is someone I've interviewed myself and trust to work with my clients, and I'll always be upfront about who's looking after what.
You live in a campervan. Is that a problem?
Not at all. I work remotely with reliable connectivity and fixed working hours, just like any office-based VA. The only difference is my view is usually better.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. Everything happens online through video calls, shared tools and clear communication, so it doesn't matter whether you're in the UK or Europe.
What if I need more hours one month?
Just ask. We can talk about extra hours or moving to a bigger package whenever your needs change.
Should I start with the Audit or a package?
If you know what you want to hand over, go straight to a package. If you feel busy but can't put your finger on why, the Operations Freedom Audit will show you where your time is going and what to change first.
